Shipping & Returns

We ship our jewels to locations within the United Kingdom and most international locations.And we will charge our clients 15 pounds for the shipping fee consolidately.

Our aim is to deliver all orders within 7 working days upon your payment is received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we will email you for further discussion.

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any problem.

All parcels will be held for picking up if it is not signed or delivered. Please ensure that you provide us with the proper shipping address. The shipping address you provided MUST be a valid address with a postal service. We are not responsible for the orders that are sent to an incorrect or incomplete addresses provided on our website.

You will receive a tracking number from us once the order is shipped. You will also be provided the tracking website where you can locate your parcel anytime.
